The CCMB would like to thank the competitors, the sponsors and its members for making the Central Coast Open 2011 such a great event.
See you all next year!
Special thanks to Big Al for talking us through another weekend. Most of us recognise Al from surfing the local breaks, but he’s a man of many talents. Every Saturday during Summer I can hear Al commentating the action on the local BMX track, and he loves to get behind local events and charities. If you wanted to benefit from his dulcet tones, you can get in contact via his website: www.myvoice4you.com.au.
He doesn’t normally rock the dirty Handlebar Mo’ either, so he won’t scare Granma!!
For the members, don’t forget the one final (and most important) date of the year – Presso night. 3 December. Get your RSVP’s in.
Well another classic day in the water… Again thanks to Helena for spending time taking them all.
Please leave comments funny ones preferred….
Awesome pics from the Sept Club day at Terrigal bend. Big thank you to Helena for spending the time taking photo’s of us all.
I had ball in the water and by the look of the pics looks like others did to. Check them out.
If you would like the FULL resolution photos just let me know… Cheers, John
The Central Coast Open has a new format, making sure that every surfer gets to surf at least twice per division! That’s more bang for your entry buck and good news for me !!!!
You can read about it and register at the Open site
If you missed it in your inbox, stop sweating……it’s here

It’s the premier event – why wouldn’t you go?
These events are always fun – and there are some beautiful examples of these classic boards in the club.
Entry form is here……..2011 PALMY OLD MAL RALLY ENTRY FORM
I have the August club day pictures but bugger me if I can get them to display.
Hey Phil, they are in the library how do I create a link to them?
Cheers,
JF
Hey John, Instructions in the mail.
Check out the latest Australian Longboarding mag. It’s got a full feature and video featuring 2 boys from the Central Coast – our own Beau Nixon and OB’s Hayden Emery.
Well done fellas.
July club day has been and gone. One thing that is always consistent about Club days – a quality barby. And I think the barby saved the day for the last Club Day. The photo’s have been posted just in case you want to take yourself back.
July Newsletter is out, you can get it here if you missed it.
